Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Rebook Engine, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Rebook Engine is a SaaS platform that helps barbershops manage client follow-ups via automated SMS. We provide the technology; you provide the client relationships and consent.

3. User Responsibilities & Anti-Spam Policy

  • You must obtain proper, explicit consent from each client before adding them to your follow-up list and enabling SMS messaging.
  • You must not use purchased, rented, or third-party lists of phone numbers. All contacts must be organically collected by you with a clear opt-in.
  • You are responsible for the content of all messages sent through your account.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any state-level SMS regulations.
  • You must not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to individuals who have opted out.

4. Billing & Subscription

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Pricing is displayed at checkout.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. SMS Terms of Service

Program Name: Rebook Engine Appointment Reminders

SMS messages are sent via Twilio. Rebook Engine is the technology provider, but the barber/shop owner is the sender of record for regulatory purposes. By using our service to send or receive SMS (including system alerts to your own phone), the following standard text messaging terms apply:

  • Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity; up to 16 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate messaging for accounts that violate Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy, generate excessive opt-out/complaint rates, or fail to provide proof of end-user consent upon request.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and branding are owned by Rebook Engine. Your client data remains yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rebook Engine is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed messages, delivery failures, carrier filtering, or any indirect/consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
